Miramar Estate
• Varieties: Arabigo, Bourbon, Kenya SL28, Pacamara, Geisha
• Altitude: 1,650 – 1,720 masl
• Scores: 88 – 91
• Cup Profiles: Depending on process (washed, natural, anaerobic).
• Anaerobic natural notes: Tropical fruit aroma, complex sweetness, refined acidity, intense floral notes, velvety body, mammee apple (mamey), red berries, juicy, clean and elegant aftertaste.
El Tanque Estate
• Varieties: Bourbon, Pacas, Pacamara, Castillo
• Altitude: 1,550 – 1,650 masl
• Scores: 85 – 87
• Cup Profiles: Depending on process (washed, natural, anaerobic).
• Anaerobic natural notes: Clean and complex aroma, intense sweetness, citric acidity, passion fruit, banana pie, juicy, long and fresh aftertaste, very clean.
El Matazano Estate
• Varieties: Bourbon, Pacas, Castillo
• Altitude: 1,550 – 1,650 masl
• Scores: 84 – 87
• Cup Profiles: Depending on process (washed, natural, anaerobic).
• Washed notes: Creamy and juicy body, balanced acidity and sweetness, brown sugar, chocolate, caramel, clean and prolonged aftertaste.
